Malinois are medium-sized dogs with a strong and athletic build. They have a short, dense coat that is typically fawn to mahogany in color, often with black mask and markings. Their alert expression and attentive demeanor contribute to their striking appearance.

In terms of temperament, Malinois are known for their intelligence, high energy, and work drive. They are extremely trainable and thrive on having a job to do. They are loyal and devoted to their families, often forming a strong bond with their owners.
